Jeremy Liu graduated from the University of Electronics Science and Technology of China (UESTC) as Master of Science, majoring in communication and information system. His studies at UESTC were focused on Digital Predistortion (DPD) technique for various RF power amplifiers.

In 2018, he joined in a top-tier patent law firm in China, where he was mainly engaged in patent prosecution and nullity proceedings. He was qualified as a Chinese Patent Attorney in 2019.

In 2023, he attained a Master of Law (LL.M.) from Technische Universität Dresden (TUD) in the field of Intellectual Property Law, by defending his thesis in the research of SEP litigation, FRAND royalty adjudication, and anti-suit injunction (ASI) in the context of the telecommunications sector.

He joined GULDE & Partner in 2023.
