Jens Glienke graduated in Biology at the Free University of Berlin, having majored in Molecular Biology and Genetics. He gained wide-ranging practical experience during a five-year oncological research placement for a major German pharmaceutical company. The same company subsequently entrusted him with the management of development projects involving both therapeutic and diagnostic work, which rounded off his practical experience. Since 2004 he has been working in the field of intellectual property and up to 2007 held a position as patent advisor to a German pharmaceutical company. Dr. Jens Glienke joined the firm of Gulde & Partner in 2008. Thanks to the experience he gained in the pharmaceutical industry, Dr. Glienke has special competence in the field of patent analyses, freedom to operate analyses, opposition and appeal proceedings, license agreements and employee inventors' law.
