
Dr. Martin Kidszun
Martin Kidszun studied physics at the Technical University of Dresden. He completed his studies in 2009 with a diploma thesis at the Leibnitz Institute for Solid State and Materials Research (IFW-Dresden). During his studies, he worked for many years as a research assistant in the field of thin-film technology and research into new materials. Mr Kidszun then completed his doctorate in the field of electronic properties and superconductivity and concluded his academic career by obtaining a Dr. rer. nat. at the TU Dresden.
Mr Kidszun has been working in the field of intellectual property since 2012. He has been admitted as a German Patent Assessor and authorised representative before the European Patent Office since 2015.
Mr Kidszun was a partner in a well-known patent and law firm in Germany until 2023 and now works as an in-house IP manager.
He joined Gulde & Partner in 2024 as a freelance associate and is primarily involved in patent litigation in the fields of telecommunications and electrical engineering.
